NACRO Business School Meetup 2

The goal of the NACRO Business School Meetup is to provide a space and time for the group members to share best practices and brainstorm solutions to overcome challenges that business schools face. For this meet-up, we will focus on “strategies tracking conversations across the business school with external stakeholders”.

Chad from Feliciano School of Business at Montclair State University posted this topic right after our September meeting. The current challenge is multiple faculty/staff have conversations with various stakeholders within our corporate partners.

Our discussion shall cover:

• What are the strategies the group members have been using?
• What are the tools your school uses to track these conversations/engagement/activities?
• What are the strengths and challenges of these tracking tools?
• Has your school adopted any customer relationship management (CRM) such as Salesforce? If so, is that a school-level adoption or it is an enterprise-level (campus)? How do you coordinate data sharing?

Please bring best practices and a thinking hat for the discussion.
